Different Views for Movies/Tv Tabs

Allow users to show the Movie and TV Tabs (and future custom tabs) in different formats similar to how the Plex app works now.

Recommend view (suggestions similar to home but only from a specific library)

Library view (this is the current view)

Collections

Playlists

Users could toggle which view they want to see or filter

Pretty much just a clone of the current Plex library UI
