In settings, support entering sub-menus denoted by a right arrow with the the right button on the remote.

Currently, you can click the right and left buttons to navigate between the top level and secondary levels in the settings app. However, many of the secondary levels have buttons to go deeper in the settings. For consistency, it would be nice to be able to use the left and right directions on the remote to navigate the submenus.
