Support Keywords

TMDB usually has keywords put in for it's movies and shows. These can be things such as "car chases" or "betrayal". These are very useful for finding something specific.

The downside with the keywords is that they can contain spoilers and as such must be hidden behind some menu.

I think Dispatch would benefit from having a way of seeing and/or filter via keywords.
