Considering Trakts latest changes (paywalling everything behind a 60 USD subscription) maybe a better option would be to integrate with either Simkl or letterboxed

    • Trakt with trakt scrobling

    • JustWatch for knowing where to stream.

    • mdblist for ratings

I think Trakt will be better than Plex. I tried Dispatch but uninstalled it after a few days because I don't use Plex Server. I was using Plex just to know where to stream.

Peter yes, simple Trakt integration would be great for everyone regardless of service they use to watch movies!

This was a cool trakt idea:

    https://www.reddit.com/r/dispatchlauncher/comments/1fv5e4t/feature_suggestion_trakt_integration_and/

"Trakt Account Integration – Allow the launcher to sync with a user's Trakt account and display watchlists (e.g., movies and series) directly on the launcher home page.

    Here’s how it could work:

Watchlist Feeds: Show feeds of movies and series from the user's Trakt watchlists.

Watch Options: When you click on a movie/series in the feed, offer options like "Watch on Netflix," "Watch on Stremio," or "Watch on Plex," depending on what apps are installed.

Default App: Allow users to set a default app for playing movies/shows if they prefer one specific platform."

Hi! Good idea. It won't make it in V1, but I'll be considering its priority for future releases.
