Ability to disable app recommendations.

Issues

In my case I have apple TV and Netflix installed, but I am not subscribing to either. So I don't need their recommendations. I should be able to select which apps get used.

    This can be done from Settings -> Home & Wallpaper -> Personalize Media Feed
