Google ChromeCast on the beta I believe.

Grey screen with a count #1-#66 of elements that aren’t rendering, like widgets. Unable to progress anywhere on dispatch. It gives three options to open device setting, enable logging, or quit dispatch. Non of the three options are selectable on the splash page.

    I get this regularly and it is making me consider switching back to the built in launcher.

    Same bug on an Nvidia Shield Pro. Happens almost every day and the only temp fix I've found is powering off and on. It's been like this for a month now and I'm starting to regret paying for this.
