App Peek and Refresh All Media Button Do Not Work

My app peek isn't working specifically for Plex only. It just sits on trying to load and does nothing. This is on a Google streamer device. Same device in another room does not do this and loads perfect.

Because of this I also realized the refresh all media button isn't doing anything. I tried using it in case it may help app peek but realized it doesn't even refresh my media as nothing new loaded.
