"bugs found"

"I purchased a monthly subscription to test on my TCL C725 with Google TV. I followed all the recommendations in the setup tutorial; however, several promised features are not working. For instance, recommendations from my streaming services, such as Netflix and HBO Max, are not appearing on the home screen.

In addition to this, I am experiencing numerous bugs and unbearable freezing, to the point where I have to restart the TV more than once a day. In the graphics settings, I am unable to set the option to "Medium" or "High" because it causes everything to freeze.

I would appreciate a solution, please."
