Clarify that streaming services recommendations aren't currently supported

By looking at the marketing at https://dispatchlauncher.com and issues like https://dispatchlauncher.canny.io/issues/p/ability-to-disable-app-recommendations, I thought that Dispatch would recommend content from both the Plex server and the connected services (Netflix, Amazon, etc.), but that doesn't seem to be the case: all recommendations are for content on the Plex server, and the only option to show some recommendations from streaming services is to enable the standard Android TV channel or App Peak.

There're a few feature requests about this, but irrespective of adding this or not, I think the current status should be made much clearer in the documentation and marketing: I really thought that Dispatch showed recommendations from Plex and for all services mixed together. For me, with my Plex server having mostly old content, this severely limits how useful Dispatch is…

Besides this, this is still an awesome app and I paid for it gladly. Thank you for your work!
