Disable recommendations from uninstalled apps

Issues

I can find where to disable the rows with Netflix, Prime, etc. I do not even have these apps installed and dont need them to show.

    You can customise which rows are on the home screen from settings -> general -> home and wallpaper -> personalize media feed.
