Duplicate input events when Home Services is enabled

Issues

When Dispatch Home Services is enabled, sometimes duplicate input events are fired, such as the directional keys moving two spaces instead of one.

As well, sometimes phantom long-presses are fired, causing the context menu to appear when it shouldn't.

    This appears to be a bug with all accessibility services on Android TV. Closed for now since no obvious solutions are clear, and since the problem only rarely occurs / can be fixed with a device reboot.
