Inconsistent Watch Next

Content in the watch next row from streaming apps is inconsistent.

Sometimes all watch next content shows up, sometimes it's only plex content.

If I wake my TV from sleep the watch next row usually works fine, all content is being shown.

If I watch something and go back home dispatch will quickly reload and only plex content will show in the watch next row. The missing watch next content will usually reappear after some time.

App peek and media recommendations row work fine for me, the issue only happens with the watch next row.
