Pressing the settings button on physical remote opens the stock quick settings menu for half a second, then it disappears.
Hisense U8N, using the settings "cog" button on the remote. I would assume that the preferred action is that the Dispatch quick settings menu should open instead.

This should be fixed in the latest release, v1.0.038. You can also access the quick settings menu by long pressing the home button now as well.
