Selected Plex User permissions are not respected

I created a managed user account in Plex to use with Dispatch. I called it Dispatch as well. This user was setup to only allow movies and tv shows with the label "familiy-friendly". I use this label to control the level of access to movies and tv shows based on my preference for content rating.

Even after choosing this user during setup, the launcher displays the full library of content when browsing recommendations or the Movies and Television sections. This is preventing me to use Dispatch in the family TV as the full library is being displayed (there's some NR, R and TV-MA shows and movies).

Once this is fixed, I'll definitely purchase Dispatch. I really like the UI.
