Settings menu is inconsistent

Version: 0.9.0 (build: 42)

Device model: BRAVIA 4K UR2

Device RAM: 2301 MB

Some of the menu button text feels somewhat inconsistent. A few menu items repeat the words 'Manage' several times, such as 'Manage Movies Page', 'Manage Television Page' and 'Manage Apps Page', where other items do not have these 'Manage' prefixes.

I believe the menu items would be just as clear without the 'Manage' prefixes.

Bonus: Some page settings contain '(Default)' as a suffix, but not the 'Movies Page' settings.
