Smarttube not showing up

Issues

Could you provide instructions on how to make this work?

Under Personalize Media Feed I enabled "Watch Next in Home feed" and "Watch Next in App Peek" for Smarttube and clicked on "Refresh all app media".

Under Sort Order I have pinned "com.android.tv.watch.next.server…".

Tried quitting dispatcher and Smarttube recommendations work normally on Android TV home.
