Sometimes Dispatch can't load content from Plex after a Shield reboot

I'm not sure if this is a Dispatch problem or a problem with the Plex app itself, but 90% of the time after a reboot, the "Watch Next" on Dispatch will not load. The weather widget is also blank. If I open the Plex app at this point it's in a buggy state with "no connection" even though the network is connected properly.

If I restart the Plex app it all starts working again. If I only restart Dispatch it will show my Watch Next row but it can not play them until the Plex app is restarted.

I'm suspecting this has to do with my WiFi not being ready when things start to load? It's a very normal and stable WiFi though.
