Top 25/Genres/People disappear from Home page

Hi,

I am using Dispatch on Shield TV and the Top 25, Genres and People recommendations on the Home page disappear after a while, I wanna say after a day of use.

I have double checked that they are turned on in settings, and this is not solving the issue.

I have reinstalled Dispatch and the missing sections reappeared promptly, however again after a day or so they disappear.

Is this a known issue or am I doing something wrong on my end?

Thanks,

Robert
