Unable to login

I purchased a lifetime license on April 20. I disabled Google launcher per instructions found online for setting Dispatch as my primary launcher for Onn 4K TV.

After the trial ended, I get a sign-in screen telling me I need to sign in because Google launcher is disabled.

I do not have a dispatch account, there doesn’t seem to be a way to create one via your website, and it doesn’t recognize my Google account either.
