Unable to scroll on Movies and TV tabs after initial setup until new movies/shows rows load

After initial setup, going to the Movies or TV tabs will show empty space with a loading spinner on the top half of the screen instead of the new movies or new television sections. It is still followed by a row of movies or TV shows. It looks like the row of movies/shows should be selectable, but they are not because the blank area blocks scrolling past it.

I experienced this after setting up Dispatch on two separate SHIELD TVs
