Volume button not working correctly
Google TV, Hisense U7 series, my volume buttons on the remote stopped working correctly. Earlier today they were working as expected, but tonight I can no longer hold the volume up or down, I have to press the buttons multiple times to change it. I uninstalled dispatch and they started working again, I will reinstall tomorrow and see if it is still happening.

This is a common problem with any app using the accessibility service on Android TV. Any launchers or button-remappers will break the hold-volume functionality of your remote, seemingly regardless of the manufacturer (Personally experienced this on Sony, Hisense, and TCLs).
Unfortunately, there's still no workaround for this AFAIK; besides disabling the accessibility service ofc, but that would break functionality.

I also have a Hisense with the same issue, however it also happens when I have other launchers installed that use Accessiblity settings. I suspect they intercepting the input as a single press.
